Head of Year job summary

Required for January 2023, to lead the work of pastoral teams supporting the emotional, behavioural and academic needs of children. The successful applicants are likely to have a proven record of accomplishment in working with families, leading aspects of whole school improvement, or highly effective intervention with children. Effective communication, team development skills and time management are key aspects of this role.
