We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated Head of Year to our Pastoral Team. You will be a dynamic and motivational individual, with the ambition to consistently challenge yourself to be a successful leader of students, no matter what should arise. You will provide highly effective pastoral care to your year group and promote and secure a culture of high expectations for all students. You will also co-ordinate all aspects of learning, behaviour and the development of students within the year group to ensure that all students are supported to become confident, successful and responsible individuals in school, the wider community and beyond. As a school, we will offer you strong CPD, with career development opportunities at the forefront of our minds.
