What skills and experience we're looking for

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the achievement, progress and pastoral provision for a year group of students
  • Have responsibility for the strategic overview of the year group, including self-evaluation and the improvement plan for the year group
  • Monitor student progress including attendance, achievement and behaviour

Requirements include:

Essential

  • Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of pupils
  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
