What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Head of Year at Westfield Academy. This is a role, with no teaching commitment, that is pivotal in the school’s desire to provide outstanding pastoral care. You will be supporting your year group through either KS3 or KS4.

You will have experience of working with children who have social, emotional and behavioural needs, and you will have good administrative skills and be a team player. Please see the application pack for full details.
