Head teacher job summary
Due to the retirement of our Headteacher an exciting opportunity has arisen at Bredon Hancock’s Endowed CofE First School for an inspirational leader. Our current Ofsted rating is Outstanding (November 2014) and our recent SIAMs inspection is Excellent (January 2020). The Governing Body is looking for a Headteacher who can take the school to even higher levels of achievement and who can further energise our staff in this next stage of development. As a first school (YR-Y5), this post might suit an applicant looking for their first headship, or an experienced head who is looking for a new challenge.
