Head Teacher job summary

We are looking for an inspirational and caring Headteacher to lead our experienced and skilled teaching staff and support team when our current Headteacher retires in April 2020.
The successful candidate will work closely with the governing board to maintain the school's Christian ethos and values while making the school their own. We are currently examining the potential to join the Oxford Diocesan Bucks School Trust, https://www.odbst.org.uk/, and the Headteacher will play a critical role in taking this forward. This is a great opportunity to lead a well-established and happy school on its journey in to the future.
