Following the retirement of our current Head Teacher we are looking for an empowering leader with innovative ideas and a passion for making learning fun and meaningful. Someone compassionate and considerate, who understands how the school is integral to our children, their families and the community. You must be a qualified teacher who is an outstanding practitioner and expert in education, with a strong ethos which aligns with our values. Previous success in a leadership role and a proven track record of successful whole school improvement are essential. A 7-point pay range will be agreed with the successful candidate, dependent on experience.
