Head Teacher job summary
A Kimberley Primary Child is Kind, Prepared and Safe. Could you be the Head Teacher we need to support them on their journey?
Following the promotion of our current Head Teacher within the Trust we are looking for an experienced leader, with innovative ideas and a passion for learning. The successful person will need to be an outstanding practitioner and expert in education, an empowering leader for both teachers and pupils and dedicated to the development of an inquiry-based curriculum.
The right candidate will embrace what we have achieved so far, build on that foundation and develop our school further, while being a compassionate and considerate person that understands how the school is central to the children, their families and the community.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK. Kimberley Primary is an average sized primary located in the heart of the Kimberley community.
