What skills and experience we're looking for
Our current Head Teacher has chosen to retire after dedicating their entire career to our
school culminating in a successful period of leadership. In partnership with the Local
governors, we are seeking to appoint a Head Teacher who can build on strong foundations
and provide confident, values‑motivated leadership from January 2027.
We are looking for a child‑centred leader who values staff, champions inclusion and collaboration, and sets high expectations for all. Our HIVE motto –Believing, Belonging, Becoming – underpins everything we do and reflects our commitment to nurturing confident learners and a strong sense of community.

worked together closely for many years as part of school-to-school support.

supported staff professional development and enabled leaders to share best
