About the Role
As our Head Teacher, you will:
- Provide strategic, compassionate and values‑driven leadership
- Build on our strong foundations to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning and safeguarding
- Work closely with an engaged Governing Body
- Contribute to Trust‑wide leadership, collaborating with Heads across Equals Trust to shape practice, share expertise and support each other
