STEP Academy Trust is seeking to recruit an outstanding leader to work within one of our EAST SUSSEX academies. This role will support the staff, children and wider community, whilst continuing the excellent work that has already taken place.
The ideal candidatewill be a passionate, creative, motivated and enthusiastic leader with a history of excellent classroom practice across the primary phase, who is able to inspire the entire school community towards excellent outcomes and lead the academy through its next stage of development.
The Head Teacher post represents an exciting opportunity for a candidate who understands the needs of the community and is looking to further develop their leadership skills within a strong and supportive professional network. You will have the opportunity to work with a secure team of committed staff, enthusiastic children and a supportive community.
