With our current Head Teacher leaving in September to take up a CEO position in a multi academy trust,

Our Governing Body seeks to appoint a Head Teacher with a proven track record of strategic thinking, alongside the ability to motivate and inspire pupils, staff, parents and governors alike.

Uplands Manor is a vibrant and large primary school in Smethwick, with a thriving nursery and a specialist SEND Unit for children with severe learning difficulties from across Sandwell LA. We are very clear in our desire to build upon our ‘Good’ Ofsted judgement and continue our journey towards becoming ‘Outstanding’ in the future, and this is an exciting opportunity for a leader to make a positive impact.
