Location: Morley Primary School Salary details: Leadership L8 – L14 Job term: Full Time Headteacher (Teaching Commitment 0.4) Appointment: Permanent Hours: Full Time Closing Date: 18th May 2022 Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate new Head to take us into our new chapter, building on the strength of our school story so far and to continue our journey. The Governors would like to appoint an inspirational, committed and effective leader. Candidates will: • Have vision to lead our outstanding school • Demonstrate inspirational leadership and management skills • Possess skills and expertise to continue to develop the highest standards of teaching and learning and inspire all of our staff • Have the skills to build on the talents of our existing dedicated and highly committed team • Have the vision and skills to build on already high standards, further develop staff and deliver a curriculum for excellence • Be approachable, caring and have integrity • Help children enjoy their learning while realising their full potential • Have high expectations for children’s achievement and behaviour • Want to continue teaching, the role is a teaching head for 2 days of the week.
