Haddon Primary and Nursery School is a vibrant and caring school where staff know every child and help them dream big and aim high. We are seeking a motivated and values driven leader who is ready for their first headship and excited to work with a dedicated team that puts children at the heart of every decision.

As part of Flying High you will benefit from extensive professional development and a highly supportive network including our mentoring and coaching entitlement, designed specifically to support new Headteachers. The Flying High Partnership is a thriving multi-academy trust of 38 primary schools across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottingham City, and Nottinghamshire. Founded in 2012, we are driven by a shared vision to be unique, exceptional, and sustainable, and we believe in the power of meaningful collaboration to help schools reach their full potential while supporting others along the way.

This role is part of a wider Flying High recruitment campaign. We are appointing four Headteachers across the partnership. Other roles you may be interested in:
