The ideal candidate will thrive in a community where relationships matter deeply, with the ability to bring clarity, compassion and ambition to every challenge and opportunity. The newly appointed Headteacher will lead a hardworking and caring team of staff who value teamwork, belonging and strive to provide all children with excellent educational opportunities and support them to prepare for life within and beyond Knowleswood Primary School.

Our school is located within a vibrant, diverse and determined community in Bradford, proudly part of Exceed Academies Trust — a values-led family of schools known for collaboration, inclusion and ambitious improvement across the city. Knowleswood Primary School is entering an exciting stage of its journey and we are committed to ensuring quality teaching and learning, raising outcomes and nurturing confident, curious learners. We want to create a school culture where every child sees themselves as valued, supported and capable; we recognise that this requires strong home-school partnerships and communication and as such, we are dedicated to building meaningful, trusting relationships with families so that together we can remove barriers, celebrate successes and open every possible door for our children.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior leader to make a positive impact, improve inclusive practice and spark a new energy within our school community.
