The Greenshaw Learning Trust is ‘Always Learning’

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Headteacher to join Barnwood Park School, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, from September 2026. We encourage applications from ambitious leaders at different stages of their career.

For candidates who demonstrate strong leadership capability but may not yet possess the full experience required for a Headteacher post, the Trust may consider an appointment as Head of School, providing a structured pathway for further leadership development and support.

About the Role

The Headteacher will be responsible for the daily operation of the school, the supervision of all students and staff, and the management of the school premises. You will provide the direction and leadership necessary to shape the strategic direction of the school, remaining accountable for both its financial and educational performance. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader to build on existing strengths to achieve all-round excellence in teaching and learning. You Will Bring:
