✔ Significant senior leadership experience in a primary school setting

✔ Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
✔ The ability to inspire, coach and motivate staff
✔ Strategic vision and excellent communication skills
✔ A deep commitment to safeguarding, equality and pupil wellbeing

Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership that inspires staff and pupils to achieve excellence
- Ensure the Anglian Learning ethos, principles and policies underpin all school practices
- Lead school improvement through high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum design
- Develop and support strong leadership teams within the school
- Build positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, governors and the wider community
- Work collaboratively with Trust services including HR, Finance, Estates, IT and Operations
- Strengthen leadership capacity through effective governance and staffing structures
- Contribute to shaping the wider vision and direction of primary education across Anglian Learning
