The successful candidate will demonstrate:

✔ Significant senior leadership experience in a primary school setting

✔ Leadership resulting in Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes

✔ Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies

✔ The ability to inspire, coach and motivate staff

✔ Strategic vision and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership that inspires staff and pupils to achieve excellence
  • Ensure the Anglian Learning ethos, principles and policies underpin all school practices
  • Lead school improvement through high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum design
  • Develop and support strong leadership teams within the school
  • Build positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, governors and the wider community
  • Work collaboratively with Trust services including HR, Finance, Estates, IT and Operations
  • Strengthen leadership capacity through effective governance and staffing structures
  • Contribute to shaping the wider vision and direction of primary education across Anglian Learning
