- Strengthen Community Partnerships: Deepen meaningful connections with parents, carers, and the wider community, encouraging a collaborative approach to each child’s journey.
- Champion Purposeful Play: Advocate for play as an essential element of learning, helping children build resilience and explore with confidence.
- Effectively manage finances and resources: Ensure our curriculum delivers the best outcomes for all of our pupils.
