The Duchy Academy Trust has a unique opportunity for an outstanding, inspirational and dynamic leader to join our Trust. We are seeking to appoint a headteacher at Callington Primary School and a Chief Executive Officer for the Trust.
As Headteacher at Callington Primary School you will provide professional leadership and management for the school. This will promote a secure foundation from which to achieve high standards in all areas of the schools work.
As Chief Executive Officer you will have overall responsibility for strategic leadership and the wider success of the Trust. You will lead the Trust leadership team; taking responsibility for ensuring high standards are achieved by all academies across the Trust. School improvement will be rooted in ensuring benefit to all learners (whatever their starting point) and include both their outcomes and experience. You will be driven to ensure that through working together, outcomes for every single pupil are extraordinary. As the Accounting Officer for the Trust you will ensure there are rigorous systems and processes in place to robustly manage resources across the Trust and to secure the financial health and sustainability of each school working to the standards set out in the Academies Financial Handbook.
