We are seeking an exceptional and inspirational Headteacher to lead Chestnuts Primary School, through its next exciting phase of development. About the Role
As Headteacher, you will provide inspirational and strategic leadership for Chestnuts Primary School, ensuring the highest standards of education, safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing. You will lead and develop our staff, strengthen relationships with families and the wider community, and work collaboratively with the Trust to drive continuous improvement.
You will create a culture where children and adults are encouraged to thrive, challenge themselves and achieve their very best, while ensuring the school’s vision and the Trust’s values are embedded in every aspect of school life.
