What skills and experience we're looking for
Chingford Church of England School is a high achieving two-form entry primary school located in a beautiful part of North Chingford close to Epping Forest.
Due to the retirement of the current Headteacher we are looking for an innovative and experienced leader to consolidate our success.

- Foster the Christian ethos of the school and promote a climate in which diversity is valued through mutual respect.
- Build on our exciting and rich curriculum to ensure that it is fit for all our children and ensure that all in the school community are engaged in learning

- Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, leadership and organisational skills
- Be skilled in strategic planning, change management and nurturing school culture
