What skills and experience we're looking for
James Wolfe Primary School with centre for Deaf Children is recruiting for a co-headteacher to work with our existing headteacher to lead our school.
We are seeking a leader whose passion and experience demonstrates:
A commitment to securing strong outcomes for all learners.
Leading, supporting, and upskilling school staff to consistently deliver an innovative and challenging curriculum.
We are looking for candidates with experience of the following
Experience of leading a large school as a Headteacher.
Successful design and implementation of whole-school development projects that have delivered a high-impact improvement on school-wide pupil outcomes.
Experience of Specialist Inclusion: including working directly with deaf pupils and a working understanding of British Sign Language (BSL) is essential.
Salary: 0.8FTE Leadership Scale 19-23 with inner London weighting.
