What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Has experience of Deputy Headship/Assistant Head Teacher/Head of School or Acting Headship /Headship in Primary (EY/KS1 or KS2
  • Has experience in more than one school
  • Is committed to upholding the ethos and values of Highfield Church of England Primary School
  • Is committed to meeting the needs of all learners regardless of ability or background
  • Must be prepared to embrace the Christian ethos and committed to providing acts of distinctively Christian worship that have integrity
  • Committed to enabling others to find and fulfil their unlimited potential
  • The use of a range of evidence, including performance data, to support, monitor, evaluate and improve aspects of school life, including challenging poor performance
