  • An experienced and caring leader with integrity, enthusiasm, and courage, who can champion the high expectations of staff, families and children.
  • A strategic thinker, with the vision and passion to continue driving forward our curriculum, ensuring the highest levels of inclusive teaching and learning.
  • Has a deep understanding of how to support pupils with a range of different needs and is committed to the principles of inclusive education.
  • A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills, and ensures everyone is included and supported.
  • Committed to preserving the school’s distinctively Christian vision and building links within the local Christian community.

Our families need someone who is:

  • An approachable and pro-active role-model, with a sense of humour and a calm and caring nature who will ensure they achieve their very best.
