Is an inspirational leader and strong classroom practitioner with the vision and commitment to continue to drive the improvements started by our current Head Teacher and to empower/develop our team of dedicated, talented staff.
Is passionate about education and the difference it makes to children’s lives and puts the safety and well-being of children at the heart of all they do.
Has excellent interpersonal skills to lead, challenge and support others.
Is motivated to work with colleagues, parents, parish and the wider community in a genuine collaboration; in order to maximise learning potential for our children.
Is supportive, understanding and mindful of a healthy work/life balance for his/herself and the staff.
