We are looking for someone special who:

  • Is a committed Catholic with a clear vision for Catholic education and a desire to develop further the Catholic ethos of our school.
  • Is an inspirational leader and strong classroom practitioner with the vision and commitment to continue to drive the improvements started by our current Head Teacher and to empower/develop our team of dedicated, talented staff.
  • Is passionate about education and the difference it makes to children’s lives and puts the safety and well-being of children at the heart of all they do.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills to lead, challenge and support others.
  • Is motivated to work with colleagues, parents, parish and the wider community in a genuine collaboration; in order to maximise learning potential for our children.
  • Is supportive, understanding and mindful of a healthy work/life balance for his/herself and the staff.
