We are looking for:

• A candidate with proven ambition and vision in a leadership role.
• The ability to develop and nurture positive relationships with our children, staff, governors and wider community.
• Effective management experience, with the ability to empower, motivate and develop a team of dedicated staff.
• An understanding of high-quality teaching and how this benefits all children to reach their full potential.
• An understanding of how the whole school curriculum can be developed to ensure it is ambitious and effective.
