We are looking for an aspirational Head Teacher to work in collaboration with our very strong leadership team, to lead two of our rural primary schools. They also play a key part within the wider family of the trust, consisting of five primary schools, a large secondary school and a nursery. In return for your dynamic and strong leadership of these two settings, the Trust can provide you with membership of a supportive team of senior leaders, a close and supportive working relationship with the executive team; leadership coaching and mentoring; an individualised Head Teacher CPD offering, and – as a truly collaborative trust - an opportunity to help shape the future of the Trust.
