  • Demonstrates the skills, knowledge, and experience to inspire and lead a dedicated, cohesive team of senior leaders, teachers, and support staff, bringing deep expertise in teaching, learning, curriculum innovation and behaviour management

  • Shares a deep commitment to collaborative working and team success, inspiring, supporting, and challenging colleagues to deliver excellence and drive continuous improvement.

  • Embodies high expectations for pupil achievement alongside great care for child well-being, with a proven record of raising achievement and aspiration across diverse student groups.

What We Offer

  • Enthusiastic, well-behaved children who love learning and participating in school life.

  • An effective, professional, and friendly staff team fully committed to pupil success.
