Possesses highly developed emotional intelligence and exceptional relationship-building skills across all stakeholders—pupils, parents, staff, governors, and the wider Trust.
Demonstrates the skills, knowledge, and experience to inspire and lead a dedicated, cohesive team of senior leaders, teachers, and support staff, bringing deep expertise in teaching, learning, curriculum innovation and behaviour management
Shares a deep commitment to collaborative working and team success, inspiring, supporting, and challenging colleagues to deliver excellence and drive continuous improvement.
Embodies high expectations for pupil achievement alongside great care for child well-being, with a proven record of raising achievement and aspiration across diverse student groups.
