Headteacher job summary

The Governing Body of Greenfield Primary School is seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Headteacher who will have the drive, imagination and creative insight to lead our outstanding School into the next phase of its development. The role offers an excellent and exciting leadership opportunity.

If you are a passionate and highly motivated School Leader, who can use your strategic vision to build on our strengths and successes, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a leader who will:
• Empower staff and students to raise existing high expectations and continue to improve our outstanding, fully inclusive School
• Have significant experience of continuous whole school improvement
• Have a successful record as a Senior Leader who is skilful in managing change
• Explore opportunities for collaborative working with local schools and stakeholders in order to enhance curriculum development
• Provide strategic leadership, management and guidance across a range of operational matters, not excluding the possibility of academisation
• Maintain and nurture the highest standards of teaching and support for children
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills within the School and the wider community.
