Experienced, enthusiastic, and inspiring school leaders who welcome a challenge are invited to apply. PLEASE MAKE CLEAR IN YOUR APPLICATION YOUR ASPIRATIONS.

Successful applicants will benefit from the support of our experienced senior leadership team and work in partnership with other BDMAT schools.

We are seeking to appoint candidates who are able to develop and lead a strong Christian vision and who fully understand the Christian distinctiveness of a Church of England school. We are therefore looking for candidates who will actively support and promote our Christian ethos in every aspect of school life.

We believe that success is found in who you are as well as what you do. We aim to provide an outstanding education, supported by excellent pastoral care and high standards of behaviour, set within a distinctive Christian ethos. We want to equip our pupils with academic achievement, experiences, and personal attributes to enable them to succeed in the next stage of their education.

Our schools are welcoming and friendly Christian schools for the whole community. By admitting children on the basis of the proximity of their home to the school, our schools are fully inclusive and welcome children and families of all faiths and none.

Please visit Birmingham Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust - Birmingham Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust for more information about the Trust.

For informal enquiries, please contact BDMAT’s Chief Executive Officer, Tim Boyes who can be contacted at t.boyes@bdmat.org.uk
