The Governors of King’s Cliffe Endowed Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding Headteacher to lead our vibrant, friendly and ambitious village school into its next chapter. The school is located 15 minutes from Stamford, 15 minutes from Corby, 20 minutes from Peterborough and 30 minutes from Kettering. Applications from candidates who are new to Headship and experienced Headteachers will be warmly received.

We are looking for a Headteacher who will:

  • Provide clear, strategic leadership while keeping the children at the centre of all decision-making
  • Inspire, motive and support staff to deliver the highest quality of teaching and learning
  • Build on our strong ethos and values, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment for every child
