Due to the retirement of our permanent Headteacher, Tibshelf Community School is looking for an experienced leader with vision, energy, enthusiasm and passion. This will be somebody with aspirations for headship and progress that matches those of the Governing Body, the staff, the students and their parents. The appointee will be a proven and highly motivational leader with outstanding organisational and management skills who will take the school forward and build on its already strong current standing.
The Governors are seeking to appoint a Headteacher who:
•Has the capacity to deliver the school’s strategic vision in being outstanding in the broadest sense
•Is creative and embraces technology as a facilitator to greater efficiencies and opportunities in all elements of the school’s operations
•Has very high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
•Is an excellent communicator through all mediums and methods
•Has the enthusiasm and passion to ensure all pupils and staff achieve their full potential, combining an innovative approach with strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills
