About The Role:

Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, together with the Local Monitoring Committee of Mullion Primary School, are seeking to appoint a dynamic, reflective and committed Headteacher to lead the next stage of the school’s journey. Mullion Primary School is at the heart of a strong, supportive community, with excellent relationships between pupils, families and local partners. There is strong collaboration with Mullion Secondary School, providing valuable opportunities to develop educational coherence, support smooth transition, and grow community cohesion across the village and beyond.

Mullion Community Primary School is located in the village of Mullion on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. The school currently has 131 pupils on roll across five classes, providing a nurturing environment where children are known, valued and supported to achieve their best.
