Headteacher of Falmouth School job summary
The Roseland Multi-Academy Trust consists of three secondary and two primary schools. The Trust’s vision is “Where Everyone Succeeds” and we put our staff at the heart of everything we do to create a team spirit in our highly successful schools.
Applications are invited from candidates with successful secondary school leadership and management experience to this exciting role. Falmouth School joined the Trust on 1 September 2020 and is on a journey of improvement. We are looking for applications from leaders who have a strong commitment to collaborative working and the ability to forge and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, including primary/cluster partners. This unique opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to play a wide-ranging and integral role in an improving school as well as our highly successful Multi-Academy Trust.
Applicants must have a track record of excellent teaching, collaboration and creativity. You will hold and embody the highest expectations of students and staff and will demonstrate the drive and ambition to create an outstanding environment for learning and safeguarding. The ability to lead and develop outstanding teaching and learning is a key requirement.
We are looking for a strong and inspirational leader with drive and energy who can think and act strategically and create successful teams. Your application should detail your achievements and expertise in areas of the Headteacher Standards.
