What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualified Teacher status

NPQH accreditation or serving Head teachers who are exempt (desirable)

Evidence of regular and appropriate professional development in school leadership and management.

Evidence of regular and appropriate professional development in teaching practice

Honours degree

Successful strategic leadership and management experience in schools for primary age children at a deputy or head teacher level.

Evidence of experience across more than one key stage

Proven track record of raising educational standards.

Experience of Inclusion, SEN provision and Safeguarding processes in a primary school setting
