What skills and experience we're looking for

  • education, curriculum design, assessment, and staff development to support all pupils.
  • Has experience of or enthusiasm for forest school philosophy, or a willingness to champion it for the benefit of children’s learning and personal development.
  • Is a confident communicator, able to engage effectively with pupils, parents, staff, governors, and the church community.
  • Has excellent organisational, financial, and operational leadership skills.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and development of every child.
