Headteacher's PA job summary

As the Headteacher’s PA, you’ll play a pivotal role at the heart of our school, supporting the smooth and efficient running of our leadership operations. This is a high-impact position which requires exceptional organisation and a sunny disposition. You’ll lead the communications team, coordinate key school events and processes, and act as a professional and trusted link between parents/carers and staff. If you’re looking for a rewarding, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The role requires working at pace, with the ability to prioritise , multi-task, direct your own workload and work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant experience of working in a school setting, however, training will be offered to the right candidate.

Grade 9, Point 16-19 (Full Time Equivalent salary £32,347-£34,317)

37.5 hours per week; Working hours will be 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

39 weeks per annum
