We are a welcoming and friendly school and we view our parents as partners in ensuring the very best provision for our children. We strive to keep our parents very well informed about their children’s wellbeing and progress at school and we encourage them to be actively involved in their children’s learning. We place great importance on honesty and clear communication between all members of our school community.

- Provide the vision, motivation, and drive to build on the school's existing successes and achievements.
- Be committed to enabling every pupil to fulfil their unique potential.
- Be a visible, positive leader who builds strong relationships with staff, pupils, parents, governors, CMAT colleagues, and external partners.
- Work collaboratively with the CMAT, Governors, and Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver a compelling, faith-centred vision that drives improvement.
- Build high-performing teams and foster a collaborative culture.
- Inspire and motivate both yourself and others to achieve excellence.
- Adapt effectively to change while maintaining high standards of performance.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.
