Headteacher job summary

We are seeking an inspirational Headteacher to lead St Cecilia’s C of E Primary School into its next exciting chapter. This is a unique opportunity to build on strong foundations and shape the future of a growing, well-resourced school at the heart of its community. You will provide strategic leadership rooted in Christian values, driving academic excellence and pastoral care while fostering an inclusive, flourishing culture for pupils and staff. Working in partnership with The Keys Academy Trust and the Oxford Diocesan Board of Education, you’ll collaborate with a network of innovative leaders and benefit from exceptional professional development opportunities.
