What skills and experience we're looking for

Required from 1 September 2026, we are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and inspirational leader to become our next Headteacher.

We welcome someone who will bring new ideas, whilst building on our current successes; who can champion our core values and lead our community with the vision and compassion it deserves. We recognise and value the needs of each child and their family and through therapeutic and consistent inclusive approaches, we provide excellent pastoral care and personal development. The school is recognised locally as being rich in SEND resources and expertise; The Ark, our Autism Resource for primary aged children, opened in November 2011.

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a practising Catholic who has the vision, commitment, and energy to build upon the existing strong foundation, working closely with the Diocese and local authority, to ensure the highest standard of education for all our children.
