A practising Catholic with a clear commitment to the Catholic ethos, mission and values of the school.

An inspirational and ambitious leader with a proven track record of securing whole-school improvement and raising standards.

Significant leadership experience within a primary school setting, including responsibility for teaching, learning and pupil outcomes.

A strong understanding of Catholic School Inspection (CSI) and Ofsted frameworks, with the ability to lead improvement through effective self-evaluation and strategic planning.

A commitment to ensuring every child achieves their full potential through high-quality education and inclusive practice.

Experience of developing and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and professional growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff, governors, parish communities and external partners.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, ensuring the highest standards of professional conduct at all times.

Resilience, adaptability and the ability to lead confidently through change while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
