We invite interest in this opportunity to lead St Hild’s Church of England School, which is one of eight schools within NEAT Academy Trust. At the heart of our Trust is the aim to nurture, educate, achieve and transform the lives of young people and our communities.
St Hild’s Church of England School is a rapidly improving school, as evidenced by our recent SIAMS, inspection. We are an inclusive school and continue to grow, providing a thriving learning environment for all of our pupils.
Our journey to ensure improved whole school progress and attainment outcomes for all learners is already underway and we need the right person to work with our Senior Leadership Team and other colleagues to drive forward our key priorities and plans.
We are looking for an inspiring leader, with the drive and vision to build upon the school’s successes to date and develop a shared expectation of high educational standards in the school. You will continue the school improvement journey of St Hild’s Church of England School , champion our young people and relentlessly strive for the very best.
