Greensand Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional school leader to take on the role of Headteacher at St Johns Primary School in Redhill

The successful candidate will:
- Be an experienced senior leader committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, enabling every child to reach their full potential.
- Have an understanding of, and experience in, implementing whole school improvement and high quality learning and teaching.
- Establish and sustain the school and Trust’s ethos and strategic direction, in partnership with those responsible for Trust leadership, school governance and through consultation with the wider school community.
- Uphold ambitious, inclusive and progressive educational standards.
- Have the commitment and determination to make a significant impact on the lives of our children.
