The Directors of The Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Company, a large family of Catholic schools based in Oxfordshire, in partnership with the Governing Body of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, are seeking to appoint an outstanding Headteacher who will lead this popular vibrant faith school, graded as ‘Good’ by OFSTED, inspiring its children, staff and families ‘to be the best they can be’. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future growth of this thriving school, which is situated in Thame.
The successful candidate should be a practising Roman Catholic, highly passionate about religious education and the Catholic life within our school and be able to work closely with the RE Subject Leader and our Parish Priests.

- A passionate and experienced educator who will continue to raise standards and further enhance our curriculum to enrich the lives of all our pupils

- Someone who will continue to develop the positive relationships that exist with our key stakeholders, families of schools, and the Diocese.
