Following the retirement of our present highly successful Headteacher in December 2024, the Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced leader of staff and pupils who has the vision to lead the school into an exciting new era.

Governors, staff and pupils are looking for an inspiring headteacher with:
- an active, Christian commitment, able to develop further the excellent standards and Christian ethos of the school
- a clear educational philosophy and vision which focuses on learning and teaching to deliver high attainment and progress
- a passion to ensure that all children and adults are able to flourish through extensive opportunities for personal development and spiritual growth
- a commitment to the pursuit of excellence in a forward looking, vibrant school
- a desire to maintain and enhance the existing strengths of the school through a commitment to collaboration and professional growth.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, committed to sustaining and enhancing our highly effective partnerships with pupils, staff, governors, parents, local parishes, Diocese, Church of England and global partners.
