The Directors of The Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a headteacher to St Swithun’s C of E Primary School.
We are looking for someone who can build on the good work of the current headteacher and provide children with an exceptionally high - quality educational experience. If this sounds like your next step, you will need to be someone who:

You will be supported by a Trust, SNMAT, that does things differently: we aren’t corporate. We don’t impose pedagogical policies. You will join our Senior Leadership Team of headteachers to move both St Swithun’s and the wider Trust forward. This really is a Trust that you can trust.

It is our belief at that effective safeguarding of children puts children at the centre of a culture where we listen and respond to what they say. Safeguarding is every adult's responsibility. Every individual within our school will play their part, along with professionals from other agencies, in meeting the needs of every one of our children.
