What skills and experience we're looking for

We are now seeking a dynamic and ambitious Head to build on Wilnecote’s successes to date. The School enjoys a good reputation and facilities, and almost at full capacity, is popular in the local community. With a strong senior leadership team and support from the Trust center, this is a school with significant potential. The new Head must be able to evidence solid experience of working in a school with significant levels of disadvantage as head or deputy head and be a team player who relishes challenge and the opportunity to raise standards and create impact. Crucially, they will be driven by values that align with the Trust’s conviction that all young people have talent and the potential to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
