What skills and experience we're looking for

Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, together with the Local Monitoring Committee of Threemilestone Primary School, are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed Headteacher to join the team. At Threemilestone we value the wellbeing of our children above all else to create a happy, safe, caring environment in which every child can succeed and constantly strive to improve, ensuring we keep up to date with the very best ideas in teaching and learning so that our children can achieve the highest of standards

We’re here to nurture a true sense of purpose, motivation and strength of character within every child that learns with us and want our children to part of something special, but we also want our staff to be part of it too. We have a strong team who have a common goal which makes us get up in the morning: simply, to give our children the best possible outcomes. Our staff are crucial in ensuring that our children have a secure sense of belonging and we know that positive relationships are key to the success of any child.

The school itself has some fantastic resources in the building, three extensive fields and the (locally) famous Threemilestone Thunder Park, which is home to our exciting adventure play equipment.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have recent senior leadership experience and will share our vision and values.
