What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you a successful primary school headteacher or deputy of a large school who:

  • Through nurture and challenge, provide a firm foundation to enable all to thrive, to lead and serve in their life long journey as local, national and global citizens?

  • Enables staff to be the best versions of themselves by actively listening to them, and securing cutting-edge training that they have become accustomed to, that furthers their pedagogical expertise?

  • Surrounds self with people who support and challenge them. Building strong alliances which can provide encouragement and pioneering perspectives?
