Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience within a primary/junior school setting.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a senior management role within education.
- A comprehensive understanding of the UK national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others to achieve excellence.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of educational trends and innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to drive the school's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes respect, diversity, and equality among students, staff, parents, and the wider community.
- Lead and inspire a team of teachers and support staff, promoting professional growth and development through effective mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students, enabling them to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, governors, and external agencies, to build strong partnerships and enhance the school's reputation within the community.
- Oversee the effective management of resources, including budgetary planning, facilities, and staffing, to support the school's educational objectives.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment that complies with statutory requirements, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety regulations.
